Auto LPG Dispensing station is an alternate fuel to gasoline that addresses to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxide and hydrocarbons into the atmosphere. The World LPG Forum has been asking the oil companies, manufacturing and automobile industries to incorporate this incredible method.
Auto gas is a clean, high-octane and eco-friendly fuel that lessens air pollution. It is obtained through fractionation and refining from natural gas and crude oil, respectively. Though it is a mixture of butane and propane, it can be liquefied by applying moderate pressure or by reducing the sufficient temperature. The gas stays in the gaseous form in normal temperatures and atmospheric pressure.
With this property, the ALDS pump has become an ideal energy source for different applications. By adjusting the pressure, the gas can be easily stored, condensed, utilised and packaged. On releasing the pressure, the liquid forms 250 times the volume as a gas, which can be stored and transported.
How safe is it?
The gas is normally safe and free of contaminants that give low disposition of carbon and clean burning. It is the most competitive fuel in comparison to petrol and helps people to save a lot of costs.
In ALDS, the major pieces of equipment are the underground LPG tank, LPG dispenser, dispensing pump, fill point, filter, transfer pump, LPG control panel, servo stabilizer and air compressor. Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia and Italy are already using clean gas as an alternate fuel for the last three decades. Germany, India, France, the UK, China, Poland and other countries are using auto LPG for the last 20 years.
The capacity of dispensing depends on various factors like, peak traffic hours. Sales from the ALDS pump station can dispense as high as 8000L per day without compromising on the refilling hours.
