Miniaturization has changed so many things in our lives over a relatively small number of years. However, there is not much use owning a phone that comfortably fits into your pocket; if, you have to lug around a suitcase sized battery to run it from. However, with small batteries; just about anything running on electricity can also be smaller and more portable. That’s the good part; the obverse comes when we cry out in desperation those dreaded words – “low batt” (or worse “out of batt”).
It Can Even Effect People’s Smoking Habits
In the days when tobacco was king; about the biggest disappointment a smoker experienced was when he had nothing with which to light up his tobacco. With today’s attitudes towards tobacco and its smoke; many people may have given it up altogether; but, a significant number have switched over to alternative, tobacco-less ways of getting a hit of nicotine. Perhaps the most popular tobacco-free smoking these days is to be found in the use of e-cigs and vaping.
No Spark; No Vapor; No Satisfaction
The root of any vaping device is its atomizer (or vaporization chamber). This is where droplets of mixed vaping “juice” are turned into the aerosol type vapor that can then be inhaled. The vaporizing power is electric and it is controlled by electronic components.
But think of how inconvenient it would be if you had to connect a power cord to your vaping device and then go in search of a suitable outlet socket before you could take even one puff? Under such circumstances; vaping would never have caught on in the way that it has since its early days around 2003 to 2005. Obviously, the whole thing only works if suitable, small sized an Electronic Cigarette Batteries are available to power it. Incidentally, the earliest e-cigs resembled their tobacco namesake and had to be thrown away after some 400 puffs. The first big improvement came when the devices started being fitted with rechargeable power packs – just like our phones and other gadgets but usually cylindrical in shape.
However, even the most up to date power packs can fail us from time to time (albeit rarely these days) and, of course, we can forget to keep them correctly charged to cater to our usage requirements. For such reason, it is always a good idea to have a spare ready to hand in case it is needed.
