Many people notice that the scale’s readout creeps up over the years. Even if you only gain one or two pounds every year, that amounts to 10 to 20 pounds over a decade. At The Max Challenge, we are not your regular gym. The Max Challenge is different from anything else you may have tried to lose weight.

Our instructors provide you with motivation and inspiration to keep with the ten-week program. You will do exercises that combine strength training and cardio. We are not about lifting weights or walking on a treadmill for an hour. We are not a regular gym, but a fitness program. Any exercise can be modified by our instructors to accommodate your current level of fitness. We welcome men at any level of fitness to join us for The Max Challenge.

Another part of our program that facilitates your weight loss is nutritional counseling. We help you change your dietary habits through incremental changes. During the first week, you’ll learn a few exercises to do at home and make a simple dietary change such as decreasing added sugar by half. By the end of the ten-week program with us, you will feel more energetic, your cravings for sugar will decrease, and you’ll be more fit.
