A Satisfying Job as a Teacher

If you love to teach and would love to learn about another culture, you can look at jobs for Americans in Korea. This is a great job opportunity to learn for yourself, as well as to teach children. When an American takes a job in another country such as Korea, they will be able to do what they love and save money at the same time. A few of the things you need to do is get your degree notarized. Then you need to have an apostil certificate. Remember this cannot be damaged or removed because an immigration office will not accept it if they believe it has been detached or messed with. If you just graduated and want to teach in Korea as quickly as possible, you will need to go to the Registrar’s Office to get a copy of your graduation certificate. You will need to get it notarized and then have the apostille attached. Your certificate must have the past tense date that you have already graduated.

When You Arrive In Korea as a Teacher
Once you are hired as a teacher in Korea and you make the trip, you will have a medical exam at a hospital that is designated by the Korean Immigration Office. This medical exam will usually include a urine and blood sample. You will be tested for drugs and HIV. If you fail your drug screening, you will have your contract nullified and your visa cancelled. You would be responsible for paying for your accommodations and your airfare.
